Purpose
The Purpose of the Elite is to meet the total need of men in Winning Grace International Church and help them to discover their dignity and significance through mobilization, mentorship and motivation. – Mobilization: Bringing all the men in WGIC together in love and unity – Mentorship: Providing leadership and coaching to young men – Motivation: Giving necessary support and help to our members This ministry is to create opportunities where men can minister to men in different facets of their lives. To enable men to grow and prosper, speak a man’s language, know and understand men better and Men turn to share man stuff with men.

Vision Statement The vision of the Elite is to develop our men to be the kind of men God intends for them to become; Wise, Strong, Prosperous, and God-fearing. Member Requirements Membership is opened to men who are members of WGIC in good standing and demonstrate the same through their regular attendance and payment of their tithes.
These members are requirements to be:
- Over the age of 18 years
- Willing to accept the purpose and the policies of the ministry
- Committed to abide by the rules and regulations of the ministry Member Responsibilities Members must take their commitment to church very seriously.
- The Elite is a ministry of WGIC and our primary commitment is to the church. 1. Members must be regular to our meetings o With every absence, you must notify leadership o More than 4 absences/year → Membership will review your membership
- 2. Members must strive to walk in unity and have a positive and serious attitude towards our ministry.
- 3. Members must pay their monthly dues o Adult: $10.00 monthly *Leadership will make changes if funds need to be generated.
